Licence Agreement
For cafes, coffee shops and bakeries the Phat Pasty Co have developed a unique Licence Agreement to allow these businesses to add a Phat Pasty Van to their current operation. This provides an exciting opportunity to utilise the Phat Pasty brand identity, have access to purchase a Phat Pasty Van and to have an exclusive territory. We will also supply Phat Pasty handmade traditional cornish pasties from Cornwall and bespoke packaging to the Licencee.

Operating A Phat Pasty Licence
This is a fantastic opportunity for existing operations and experienced caterers to add a significant new income stream and profitable business, with little additional expense. With existing premises, paying rent, rates and employing staff the additional costs of adding the Phat Pasty business are minimal. Most operations will also have much of the equipment, storage facilities and ingredients required for preparing sandwiches and other food items and these can also be sold alongside the Phat Pasty Cornish pasties, sausage rolls and turnovers on the Phat Van each day.
The Phat Pasty Co will supply branded uniforms for the driver and you will have access to fantastic branded packaging, labels and other marketing materials. These are all purchased direct from the Phat Pasty Co and further enhance the brand image and customer belief in the quality of the brand.
The Phat Van is available exclusively to licensees and franchisees and has been developed to be totally unique in the market place. Produced under licence the Phat Van may be purchased via a 5 year lease program (Subject to status), or purchased direct from our vehicle manufacturers. This allows the operator to pay for the Phat Van as they go along and from costs as low as just £125 per week, profits and cashflow can be maximised.
Access to the Phat Pasty Co range of traditional handmade Cornish pasties (made in Newquay and delivered frozen each week) allows a range of high quality pasties, sausage rolls and turnovers to be baked and sold on the Phat Pasty Van each day.
With the addition of the Phat Pasty traditional Cornish pasties, our unique branding, packaging and the fantastic Phat Van the potential to grow a successful Phat Pasty business delivering to local businesses, industry and offices is tremendous.
Growing Your Business
Successful licensees may choose to add further Phat Vans and operate a multiple Phat Van operation from their premises. With a range of colours available this will create real impact in the local market and quickly the business becomes the dominant ‘delivered to the workplace’ operator.
Opportunities to use the Phat Vans at local events, festivals and for private parties can further grow sales and profits as well as providing valuable marketing and PR opportunities in the local community.
