We will train franchisees and provide ongoing support, guidance and help, to ensure that they are able to meet their goals in running their Phat Pasty business.
We have developed a detailed Operations Manual, recipe cards and a dedicated training program to ensure that each franchisee is able to follow the Phat Pasty system. Each franchisee will receive regular visits and will be assisted and guided in the various aspects of running their Phat Pasty business. Ultimately, this is a business owned and operated by the franchisee, working within the Phat Pasty brand and standards of operation.
There is no doubt that all businesses require dedication, commitment and hard work and whilst we provide the support and expertise, it is the franchisee that must provide the drive and determination to succeed.
