Returns Policy : Delivering Your Pasties & Pies
Returns PolicyPasties, Sausage Rolls and Pies cannot be returned once the order has left our premises. The products are food items and delivered out in chilled packaging and a return back to Phat would not be received within the required timeframe and food safe condition to allow the items to be re-packaged and sold.

❋ Sent Via CouriersWe use standard couriers, usually using either FedEx or DPD - who will deliver your order to your address.
Normally we dispatch within 3-5 working days (no weekend or Monday deliveries). The courier will separately notify you once the order leaves us of a ‘next day’ delivery. You will receive an email to the email address you provided to notify you.
❋ WE NEED YOU TO BE AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.Deliveries are made within a 24 hour timeframe of leaving us. The courier will require you to be available to receive your order at the address provided. Deliveries cannot be ‘returned’ to us once they have left us and you are notified of the delivery.
If you are not available to personally receive the order you may be able to request that they are left with a neighbour or left in a safe place - Phat cannot accept any responsibility should you choose this option from the courier.
❋ returning a DeliveryAll of the products we send are sent in a biodegradable, temperature food-safe packaging that contains insulation and ice packs to maintain a temperature of below + 5 Degrees. The couriers delivery vehicle is not refrigerated and packaging is rated to maintain the temperature band for up to 48 hours. We expect normal delivery within 24 hours.
As soon as items are delivered - place in a freezer.
Some items may be delivered with pastry becoming ‘soft’ whilst the internal temperature should still be below +5 degrees level.
Items are safe to freeze if delivered with an internal product temperature below + 5 degrees. Leaving us frozen, the internal temperature
We cannot accept returns as this would fall outside of the above timeframe and returned items would not be able to be re-used.
whilst the courier may have a ‘delay my order’ or an option to ‘re-schedule my delivery’, this is not acceptable for a food delivery and should this be requested, Phat cannot accept responsibility for a delayed or later delivery.
❋ Late DeLivery by CoUrierWe request ‘next day’ and ‘pre-12 delivery’, however, cannot guarantee this. If the courier falls outside of a delivery within the 48 hours, Phat will provide a full refund or replacement of the order.
