Phat Pasty Co awarded Class Winner at the British Pie Awards & Winner of the Global Pasty Championships!

‘The Phat Controllers’ travelled to St Marys Chirch in Melton Mowbray and added the Vegan, Keralan, Cauliflower, Chickpea & Onion Bhaji to their Award winning haul.

This plant-based pasty is no newcomer to accolades. Last year winning the Pasty category and oveall reserve Champion at the British Pie Awards, this year the company entered this pasty again, but made with Wildfarmed regenerative flour.

As the first pasty to use Wildfarmed flour and now selling this pasty to a number of prestigious customers in foodservice, the pasty was even more sustainable and this further contributed to a lower carbon footprint and supporting British and sustainable agriculture.
