In February we celebrated our 20th anniversary, and we’re excited to share another milestone moment in our journey…

Phat Pasty Co is now officially an Employee Owned Trust (EOT).

Since starting in our kitchen with a converted campervan in 2006, it has been a long journey — one full of fun, unforgettable experiences, amazing customers, and most importantly, an incredible team who have supported us along the way.

That team is the reason we’re here today.

Becoming employee-owned means we’re putting the future of Phat into the hands of the people who know it best and care about it most. It secures the long-term future of the business, protects the culture we’ve built, and ensures that those who have helped shape our success can share in it.

We’re incredibly proud of our team, and this move is about creating a lasting legacy — one that continues to reward, empower, and inspire the people at the heart of everything we do.

We’re also pleased to say that we’ll both continue working within the business, supporting the next phase of growth and helping to ensure that the values, passion, and spirit that built Phat remain firmly in place.

This isn’t just a change in ownership, it’s a natural step that aligns with everything we stand for. As a certified B Corp, we’ve always believed in doing business the right way: long-term thinking, looking after our people, and building something that lasts. What better way to round off B Corp Month than by taking this step?
