Our Traditional Cornish Pasty has ‘Protected Geographical Indication’ (PGI) status, which confirms its authentic Cornish heritage. To be PGI assured, a Cornish pasty must be made in Cornwall, must contain only these ingredients, be side-crimped by hand and have a traditional D shape.
