Our Mission

In 2006, we set off on a mission...

To bring our beloved Cornish Pasties to the poor souls who were trapped in an office while the rest of us were surfing.

We jumped in our Phat van and we've never looked back since (except reversing). One thing led to another, and now we’re delivering our works of art to hungry people all over the country.

As for having fun, you're already remembering the good times, aren't you?

We LOVE pasties!

Family holidays in Cornwall inspired us to bring fabulous handmade Cornish pasties to the masses. Starting the business from our kitchen table, we set about delivering traditional pasties and homemade goodies to businesses and events in our quirky Phat camper van. Our customers loved our tasty products and surf-inspired brand, and we grew from there…

We have since created more delicious pastry delights using truly British ingredients, 100% British meats and have several plant-based options as well as gluten-free pies. Available for individual customers directly through our website or wholesale customers nationwide, we are very proud of the legacy we have created over the years.

All of our Pasties, Sausage Rolls and Savouries are Made in Cornwall and use British Red Tractor meats with Vegetarian Society accredited options. Our Traditional Cornish Pasty is PGI (Protected Geographical Origin) and uses a higher British beef content than others produced in the market.

We have received multiple awards, following up on our 2020 / 2021 World Pasty Championships, Cornish Pasty Champion and WINNING the 2022 World Pasty Championships Savoury Award, for our vegan Peppered Steak-Less Pasty! Unfortunately, the Awards no longer take place, so we can't do the treble.

We Make Our Pasties, Sausage Rolls, Savouries and Pies with Purpose

At Phat Pasty Co., we believe food should do more than just alleviate your hunger. It should support local farms, reduce waste, and do right by the planet. That’s why we use 100% British Red Tractor meat, natural ingredients, and sustainable packaging across every product we make. Hand-made pasties from Cornwall, premium sausage rolls and deep-filled pies.

Doing things properly takes more time—but it’s worth it. Because every Phat Pasty is a small step toward a better food future.
