Packaging

We take care to make sure our pasties arrive in good condition. All of our pasties, sausage rolls and pies are delivered in re-cyclable and biodegradable packaging, using Woolcool & vegan-friendly insulation. Your delivery leaves us frozen at -18°C and we pack the box with ice packs to keep your delivery at a food safe temperature. The packaging is rated for up to 48 hours, so when the parcel arrives at your destination it's ready to be unpacked and placed straight in your freeze, then baked off when you're feeling peckish.

Delivery Areas

As our products are perishable, the following 2-day service postal codes are currently excluded for delivery: AB37, AB38, AB41 to AB56, FK19 to FK21, HS1 to HS9, IV1 to IV63, KA27 to KA28, KW1 to KW17, KY15 to KY17, PA20 to PA78, PH1 to PH50 and ZE1 to ZE3.

We regret that we cannot send orders to the Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Ireland.

Delivery

Using the FedEx courier service, we deliver Tuesday to Friday only. If you have any specific instructions for delivery on a certain date, please write in the additional comments box on the checkout page and we will endeavour to help with your request where possible.

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email from the courier where you will be able to respond directly to them with delivery instructions to leave in a safe place or with a neighbour, if you will not be there to accept. Please note, we are not able to make last minute delivery corrections on your behalf and we cannot delay orders once they have left us as the products are perishable. We cannot accept responsibility for delivery to neighbours or where the order was left in a safe place.

Whilst the products are shipped in a frozen state in thermal packaging with ice packs, they may start to thaw if they are left outdoors by the postal service before you are able to collect.

The products should be placed in the freezer immediately upon delivery and can be stored for up to 3 months maintain the best quality.
